  • I have decided to put a gym in my garage as i currently wiegh 14 stone 2 years ago i was 10 stone, you might say i enjoy my food but since having my gym in the garage i feel mentally and physically fitter and i havent cut back any of the food i used to eat, im mainly on my feet all day as im an electrician but since haing my own gym i feel so much better.
